Don't remember when I bought this. I have used iit for several years and like it very much. Seems I am most comfortable with the strobo way of tuning. Now I just wonder why the desktop version of this gets so many bad reviews. May I suggest that Peterson ports the mobile version to mac/pc and also sell it at the same very reasonable price.
If there is one feature I would like to request for iStrobosoft, it would be the ability to set the desired tuning frequencies myself. I am happy tuning the open strings to default, except the G-string that on some guitars should be a few cemts lower than default.

Exceptional clip on tuner. Top of the line in my opinion. I bought this one because I do my own intonation and the other manufacturers don’t guarantee their quality in that area. Peterson is heads above the others and truly back up their products. I’m a customer for life. I don’t need another tuner. Just one that works when I need it to work. Thank you Peterson for producing a great product that I can count on. Like on stage, when there’s no time to mess with tuning. You guys rock!

This is my second Peterson stroboclip tuner. I love the adjustments I can make for my Mandolin or guitar. My new HDC will go on my Eastman MD415-BK Mandolin.

If I like my Stomp Classic most it's only because it is like a baby Conn. The Strobostomp is a tremendous tuner and the display (once you get the colour right) is arguably clearer than the Stomp Classic. It is certainly streets ahead of the V-Sam which I also own and like, mainly for the built-in mic.

This one’s great. The whole design and set up and layout are easy to understand. I was surprised how easy the metronome is to use… I haven’t used one in a while but this one got me back to it, and enjoying it.
